What do you mix BCAA powder with?

I bought some from our sponser and thought i would like the powder better but its hard to mix up with just water. Any advice?

I just throw it in the mouth and wash it down with juice or water. I have a 2gram scoop that works nicely. It does not mix well in liquid and seems to stick to anything.

I kinda do the same. Put some juice in you mouth and throw it in and then wash it down or you could put it in caps. Cjay

If I may be so bold as to reply to this question. I had the same problem and solved it by adding it to my protein shake. It seems to mix quite well and causes me none of the problems that come with mixing it with water. I even mix my digestive enzymes in the protein shake and it's been great.

bcaa's are by nature, highly insoluble in water.. therefore, if you do find one that mixes well, you may just be paying too much for the fillers and such!!

A suggestion, you may wanna take the bcaa's with insulin mimickers ike r-ala or vanadyl sulfate to push em into tissues..? Just my 2cents..

How much vanadyl sulfate would you suggest?

Lionel is correct. However it does belnd well with an MRP or protein shake of any kind. Luckily BCAA"s do not taste nasty so with juice or even water you can chase the powder. And many people are doing it this way.
