What is the strongest estrogen blocker and what is the strongest AI?

Don't know that there are actual estrogen blockers but the strongest AI is easily Letrozole

Agreed that letro is probably the strongest AI. But in most cases you do not want the strongest AI. Aromasin is weaker (also has a different method of action), but in most cases is the better choice due to its neutral effect on lipids.

By blocker, I assume you mean SERM. These are different in that one is not necessarily "stronger" than the others. Nolvadex does a good job at attaching to estrogen receptors in beast tissue without activating the receptor.

As poster above, I side with Aromasin (exemestane) as the best AI. I doubt you will need anything stronger like Letrozole and Letro doesn't reverse gyno in my experience.

Letro is way too strong. Works well on gyno, from what I can see and feel, completely reverses it. I guess I'm one of the more fortunate ones. Although, if I was truly one of the fortunate I would never get that issue in the first place.

Aromasin or letro makes me feel like shit. I would use adex but it's too hard to weigh out 100 mg

I've only used Nolvadex. It has always worked for me and is cost effective.

This is true 100%.
Low E2 will kill your joints and could give you high blood pressure, adrenaline dominance and severe E.D
Also your cardio capacity will crash.

I use adex because i get it prescribed, but in the future im going to be using aromasin (exemastane) because it does not have the same negative effect on cholesterol levels. When using adex you need to take the minimum amount needed, too much will crash your estrogen levels and you will have the side effects some of the guys mentioned. Also your blood can start to thicken, which is really bad. .5mg every other day of Adex or 3 times a week should be plenty for most cycles.

Have used Letro when i have had gyno, its by far the strongest, but should only be used if you really need it.
