Removing AI for a day or two then maybe cut dose in half would be better. Try not to let it get to your head. That can cause issues too.

Very true,as it stands now with speculation of the high T to Estradiol, we could very much assume that his SHBG is probably already low,the EOD injection of Test Prop should free up bound Estrogen from SHBG, this coupled with the AI every day is keeping any chances of Aromatase and Estrogen to bind to SHBG.

Estrogen and the subsets of Estrogen, E1,E2 and E3 are functional in sexual health.


I would not add anything else to the mix at the moment.

I had actually just switched to anavar yesterday to see I I could tighten up a bit extra for my trip. I will come off of the ai and everything else besides test and vitamins. Hopefully it fixes things and I can slowly re add them to see how I react

I've used caber and prami and higher doses for long times. For some reason they don't do anything:/ I've used melanotan, I started getting frexkles

How much caber did you use? A lot of guy fall into the understanding that .5mg twice a week is the right amount. But it varies. Before I discovered the low test 19nor protocol I was using and needing 1mg EOD of caber so you might just wanna try upping the dose as your documented prolactin levels are pretty high

When we dose testosterone on a ED,EOD protocol we keep Aromatase to a minimum, when you introduce an AI, this eats up what little bit of Estradiol you have.

Estrogen is the first hormone to be stimulated by hCG, this response put a little balance back in your mojo, then the action(Every day usage) of the AI kicked in suppressing your mojo.

I believe that's really dependent on each individual.

I don't mean to hijack, but I used an AI consistently for a couple weeks and then 1x a week for about two weeks recently and my sex drive has been down a little bit as well Hmmm. I have also changed my doses from about 1g test and 400mg mast to 750 test and 420 tren ace. Any thoughts? Perhaps I now need 1g of test to keep my libido high .

Stewie Try not to chase SHBG too hard, every one of your hormones are reflective of this powerful hormone transporter, trying to manipulate can be more trouble than it's worth. your fathers SHBG would naturally be high from age related hormonal shifts, starting HRT would lower (should) by increasing Testosterone, which would lower Estrogen that's bound to SHBG.

I have a question that Maybe you can answer Stewie. Is there a correlation between low libido and gains in the gym. I believe having too much shbg leaves you little free test for muscular development but what does this do I'n my case?

It may not hurt to pull a thyroid panel, otherwise 12.5 mcg twice a day may give you some sense of relief, Excessive Estrogen decreases Thyroid function more so than Low Estrogen
Balance is key obviously.

If you find that dosing Liothyronine makes you tired post dose, this may indicate there's insufficient Cortisol release to transport the exogenous T3, a 4 time Cortisol salivary test would help to confirm this, AAS reduce Adrenal function, as well as stress, lack of sleep, low Iron/Ferritin levels ect.

Right now I'd just see how reducing the AI works for you,
