What's the deal with shipments of PCT?

So trying to get some info on what the ramifications are of getting some PCT (clomids, nolv's, etc) shipped to a home address. It has always been my understanding that personal use amounts would be let through if checked, is this still true? What constitutes personal amounts and what are we looking at if a small bulk package was checked (PCT stuff only).

Also, what is the deal with EvoCash? Sounds pretty complicated to set up.

Just speaking about Evocash, its cake to set up. Just create an account (Does not need to be your real name/address)
In fact its probably better if you use an alias. Once setup the best method is to send a cashiers check for the amount, send it via traceable mail that way you know it got there, and then they will fund your account. Usually takes about 1 wk to set up.
