I've read lots about the AAS to use on cutting cycles, but I can't find anyone talking about their workout routines while on these. Obviously having steroids in the bloodstream is to prevent losing muscle, but in what way? Does the muscle require heavy lifting, so that the steroids bind to the muscle receptors, causing the muscle to "try to grow", even in a caloric defecit? Or can one simply diet hard and do mostly cardio, and the steroids still somehow prevent muscle loss?
