That's just how he looks. Got tons of pics of him on the animalpak website. His arms are huge and his waist is tiny. Curious as to why he doesn't place well, he has great shape and good mass.

Frank is super cool from the video interviews I've seen ... he has 18" forearms!
He does need to bring his back up to match his other upper body parts (self admitted) but he's got a bad ass physique none the less.
