Who is this Paco guy?

I went over to King Kamali's web site www.kingkamali.com and was scrounging around when I came across pics of this guy. I believe it was pics from the NOC where Marcus R won. Anyway, there is a shot of him doing a back double bi and look at his delts. I'm not sure if I have seen separation like that before.

QUADS

YOu should see the quads on this guy! Sure he has some areas that need work to catch up to his dominating muscle groups, but this guy has the water and diet down to a science! Been a long time since I've seen someone that ripped and striated.

paco is from spain. he did very well in the world games in europe for a few years and i believe, was disqualified from the '99 games for testing positive for nandrolone. (go figure) he has the rep for coming in to a show very dry and hard. he has great quads but, will not do as well as some think. he has a very awkward shape to him. matter of fact, one magazine editor that i know told me that many of the judges were very impressed with his conditioning but, found his whole package very difficult to take in. he does lack lat width , which he readily admits but, he has little in the way of symmetry. i personally like his look since it is a little different than the norm. but, i do not believe the judges will like it come olympia time. but hey, i could be wrong...it will diffinitely not be the first time and will not be the last ...just ask my wife...

You are right LATS, He comes in very dry and is a big guy. Paco is known as "EL Patas", (the legs) would be like saying "The Wheels".
This condition of dryness is very common in athletes from Europe and South America too. You need to have the sking as thin as an onion. And unreal cuts, to win an overall in these places. Although, with all the new gidelines that the IFBB is attaining, we will see more and more musclemania like physiques from over seas (small, hard and ripped), than the ones attained these days.
