whts ur short term long term goals for 2012? solid 250-260

my first short term plan is to be a solid 250 to 260 pounds by June as I'm somewhat of a ectomorph at 5'11 1/2 inches tall 250/260 would fill me out right for starters , today is turkey day so eat and grab a few stacked plates to eat for the next few days nothing like real food over the whey shakes lol after that goal lean out a lil bit to see somewhat where I am I'm all about trying to get things in proportion as much as possible before even attempting to step on a stage again. what's the 2012 goals fellas?

due to the stress of trying to secure a new job and too much alcohol I look like crap.
 
Yeah I've been 250lbs before and I've gotten my waist down to 32-33" before, just never at the same time:p. If I could pull that off next year that'd be epic.
 
I have never been consistent in my ten years of lifting.
I stop using AAS frequently, I sometimes take a few weeks off from training every now and then, and I rarely hit my macros.

It is not due to being lazy, it is from being overwhelmed with other commitments I have made. My goal is to reduce the amount of work load I have been dealing with, getting more organized, and ultimately having more time for training and living the lifestyle.
 
2012 goal for me.

My goal is to turn my 225lbs around 12%bf into 240-250lbs at same bf% or a smidgen less.

Gotta bit of work cut out for me.

If I can pull this off I'd like to give a Novice Local show a try...
 
Gettin back onstage in 2012 would be great
 
Lots of personal stuff that is at the forefront of my "goal" list...but in terms of bodybuilding? Pretty simple. Be much bigger and much leaner then I was in 2011 :D
 
Just wanna step on stage after 11 years hopefully in 2012 and im happy with that.i have a daughter now so its hard
 
Better myself as a father, reduce stress, buy a house, go from 215 12% to 230 around same bf.
 
do a show in 2012.
get blood pressure under control (finally).

Would like to get my weight up around 270 or more with a 12% bf, Do a novice show somewhere around my area. Get my legs and back all healed up to be able to run and lift again with them.
 
Get bigger, stronger and continuing to experiment and learn on how to make my body respond

I Just hit the stage around 180-78lbs at 5-4.5% wit 29 waist flat
so im taking a full 14 months off to fill out my 5'10.5 frame so im going to get as big as possible while staying lean not going over 9% bf gaining about 3 pounds a month max
doing reverse dieting tactic

so hit the 2013 mr.cal at 200lbs or 190lbs at 4% wit a 29-28 inch waist

6'2" 260lbs @ 6%, By may. Probobly my bodys full potential without serious abuse. Then my 1st show ever at 43. If I can get over my fear of underwear! lol
 
Be onstage at Master nationals weighing 222-225 with conditioning same or better than my last show weighing 209.
