my first short term plan is to be a solid 250 to 260 pounds by June as I'm somewhat of a ectomorph at 5'11 1/2 inches tall 250/260 would fill me out right for starters , today is turkey day so eat and grab a few stacked plates to eat for the next few days nothing like real food over the whey shakes lol after that goal lean out a lil bit to see somewhat where I am I'm all about trying to get things in proportion as much as possible before even attempting to step on a stage again. what's the 2012 goals fellas?
