Worst drugs for heart, in your experience

Which drugs gave you guys issues with heart health the most?

For me, I’d say tren. When I was on it my RHR was damn near uncontrollable, and I’d get palpitations. Mostly stick to mast now if I wanna look hard.

Never done fat burners (only t3 at 25mcg, so not enough for issues). So can’t say much there.

Ephedra can't be good for it

I can say whenever I have pushed size, 210 220 even when not fat, I started to get palpitations. When I was a permabulker at 250, I'd constantly have chest pain.

As long as I'm at a low bf below 190, I've had no issues even when running too much AAS and slamming energy drinks

So for me it really seems bodyweight dependent. I'm also a big believer in cardio.

100% agree dude. Worst I ever felt is when I said fuck it and stopped doing cardio to decrease expenditure. Major regret. Dick even stopped working.

same with me, 20 years ago when I was at my highest weight not doing cardio (legs went numb the first time I finally did it) id always need cialis or id be limp. 20 years older and more in shape I could never imagine needing one. the exception when I diet too long and hard, but energy goes before libido lol.

High dose clen for sure.
When I was younger , doses were higher , diet was bad , my idea of "dieting" for a trip to Panama City was starting clen and T3.
Started at 50mcg T3 and 100 clen the following week bumped to 75 and 140 , within a couple days my blood pressure and pulse were off the charts

And drugs that raise peoples blood pressure which will be individual

I once took clen about 100-120mcg, T3 at like 100mcg and an ECA stack pill prior to going to the gym for legs. I was annihilated and had to ride it out. I did not get my leg workout that day.

I also recall getting nose bleeds from d-bol and glen combo. I had no clue when I was younger about blood pressure and its effects.

I feel fine using ephedrine and always have. Caffeine is far worse for me makes me feel horrible so I mostly avoid it these days. Iv Been taking 100mg pre workout fir a few wks and after the gym yesterday I had a dr appt took bp and it was 148/63 Heart rate was a little elevated at 69 bpm but she said it was great. Iv used lots of it recklessly in the 90,s and never had any issues w it. As far as steroids go I was told by my cardiologist that nandrolone is hell on the heart. And Iv read literature that says the same. Again Iv used lots of Deca over the years but haven’t had ill effect as of yet.

I would imagine if you’re staying within the healthy limit of caffeine intake, it’s not doing anything wrong.

Where I assume people go wrong is when they are doubling scooping these high stim pre workouts and washing it down with an energy drink.
