I am not super crazy strong like some of you monsters, but I was feeling good today. Usually dont exceed 405 for work sets on squats, but today when warming up everything felt good. 315....light, 405...light....so I loaded up 500. Hit it for 10...freeweight, no wraps, no spot... to parallel. Haven't done or even tried that in years. Iabadman will be happy to know that it was Kinda fun! Look out boys I will grow me some wheels yet!
