Pumps are CRAZY! Where as before i would train my max weight to failure on an exercise(maybe 8 reps?)
Now im wayyyyy pumped after i fail at maybe 5 or 6 reps.

This is just me and perhaps due to when I lift, but 30 min before I lift, I'll have a slice of 12 grain bread with nuts SMOTHERED with peanut butter. I swear I have a better workout after that, perhaps it's mental, idk
Lately, this is it for me: 1 hr preworkout: 1scoop isopure, 1 TSP coconut oil, 12 tblspoons liquid egg whites, ice, frozen organic berries, 1 cup fresh spinach And lastly....1 scoop glutamine. Satisfies me for t least 2 hours every time.
Maybe I'm just weird, but pre-workout meal (which is 30-45 mins pre-workout) consists of 9-10 oz of cooked Tilapia, and 2-3 cups of rice (depending on what bodypart I train). I don't cramp or feel sick, and it's one of the only ways I don't feel hypo towards the end of my workout.
