Your monthly grocery bill.....hold on to your seats, lol.

I spend about $600 per month on my family of 3 (including me). What saves me? A $25 hunting license. I'll have 10 deer in my freezer that will last one year. Packaged of course.

You can't beat lean beef, high in protein, for $25 that will last one year.

Redneck...yes...but it works.

$250/wk = ~$1,100/month but that for my wife and I and also includes two kids in diapers so there is WAY more than just food items that we purchase at the grocery store, haha.

In any event, the sh*t adds up!

I spend that but I shop a lot at Whole Foods and have 4 kids, too, ages 6 through 18. In fact, I easily spend that. I used to budget real tight for food but I want my shit to taste good these days and I want my food to be as nutritious as I can so I buy a lot of organic and high quality stuff.

I ain't a broke college student these days. :)

i spend about 800 to 1000 a month but i have a wife and two teenage girls.

I eat a lot of 96/4 beef ground, lots of chicken breasts, and lots of fish (mainly salmon, tuna, and swai).

Average about $550-700 / month. Varies if I buy more expensive things like lean pork/steak.

Like said above though, this does not include supplements and/or protein powder..

My bill is $725 with me and my brother and wife with all my supplyments. i personaly think 1000 dollar per person a month is wayyyyyyyy too much unless they are eating gold. ........:headbang:

lol, I probably spend $160-200/mon. on food plus protein... But I get fruits and veggies from my garden, or some fields in NC let you pick then buy by the pound (which is WAY cheaper). Then buy meats and eggs, some oatmeal, and use olive oil to cover the calories. I can still end up with around 3,500 kcal, with 300g PRO, 75-150 g carbs, and I forget that amount of fat (a lot with the olive oil lol...)

For me its around $1200 for a family of four including one bodybuilder, one vegetarian and two "normal" dieters.

Italy:

lean ground beef: 2.2lbs/12$
garbage steaks : 2.2lbs/8-10$
steaks : 2.2lbs/12-15$
ribs/sirloin : 2.2lbs/18-25$
filet : 2.2lbs/25-35$
good quality lean chicken breasts : 2.2lbs/12-16$
4.5lbs of normal whey(designer, dymatize, twin lab and so on): 50$good gim price, 70$ normal shop price........:(

Wow. The monthly bills vary so much. :p

I also forgot to mention that my wife eats on this bill too.

Nice to see Im not the only one spending a shit ton on groceries...lol

Stop spending so much damn money on food from the grocery store and just go eat all you can eat sushi;):)

You know I had to give you shit:)

For all you guys that are spending over $600 on yourself...what the hell are you eating? lol

I average 12eggs a day, 2 chicken breasts and 2 lots of 250g extra lean steak mince, 2 60g whey shakes, post workout shake, oats, rice, bananas, veg, olve oil...etc

I spend about £250 here in the uk on all that a month including my whey.

At our local wholesales 11lb of chicken is £17, mince for 10lb is like £20.
60eggs are £6.

Just wondered what you are actually buying!

Thanks

Around 60-115 a week. Chicken, steak, brown rice and veggies. Here in a month and a half that will lower. Hunting season opens, fresh lean deer meat!
