27yo, 225lb, 5'11", 15%

Meal 1: 18 eggwhites, 1 bag of white rice

Meal 2: 14oz chicken, 1 family bag of white rice

Meal 3: 13oz chicken, 1 bag white rice + 1 cup broccoli

Meal 4(maybe): 13 oz chicken, 1 bag white rice

What does a "bag" of white rice consist of as far as a normal measurment like say a cup or half a cup

my bad lol. I use those boil in bag rice things. Each bag makes just a bit over 1 cup of rice. The family bag cooks to just over a cup and a half.

Normal diet, things will change depending on work/school
M1: 8 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 300g hashed browns
M2: 2 scoops custom protein blend(cmf/lt isolate,egg white,milk), 90g swedish oats starch, 1tbsp flaxseed oil
train
M3: 2 scoops cmf/lt isolate, 60g dextratory glucose
M4: 8oz chicken breast, 1.5 cups jasmine white rice
M5: 2 scoops custom protein blend, 90g swedish oats starch, 1tbsp coconut oil
M6: varies on what I want or whats made

School makes it hard so some days I'm drinking more shakes than i'd like.

Diet
Meal one: Porridge oats with lemon flavouring, 5 eggs with black pepper, 1 Apple
Meal two: 200g chicken breast, 1 cup of ved, 1 bag of white rice
Meal three: 200g chicken breast, 1 cup of veg, 1 bag of white rice
Train
Meal four: Anything I want to eat as well as a 60g protein shake
Meal five: 2-300g White fish or chicken or steak and Sweet potato or rice
(sometimes meal 5 is whatever my mum makes which is usually chicken curry or italian food)
Meal six: Cottage cheese and a 90g protein shake

My pet flamingo is using:
400mg of testosterone enanthate
400mg of testosterone deconate

he has 2 weeks into the cycle, 8 more weeks left its the most he's ever used and is thinking of lowering the dosage due to hair loss... or feather loss because he's a flamingo.

im training 4-5 times per week, 45mins-1 hour sessions, heavy weights, low reps. im changing around the training every 4-5 weeks and doing drop sets of DC method of training.

I feel like im Ross erstling for recycling the same picture of me, but this is the only one I have that looks half decent :(

i've got a friend who looks insane at 5'8 175lbs, would destroy everyone here

got a black friend at 6' 198 and looks like deejay from street fighter, would also destroy everyone here

numbers mean nothing!!

Agreed. And what you're using for AAS makes a difference as well.
You can have guy #1 on:
Test prop, masteron, tren and hgh. Sitting at 200lbs 8% bf and he is going to look bigger, dryer and leaner then guy #2 at the same weight and bf % but just using test prop.

if you get leaner youd look much better, even if you get smaller

been there done that lol. needless to say i wasnt satisfied, gonna add more mass then shred up. thanks for the input tho bro
