Meal two: 200g chicken breast, 1 cup of ved, 1 bag of white rice
Meal three: 200g chicken breast, 1 cup of veg, 1 bag of white rice
Train
Meal four: Anything I want to eat as well as a 60g protein shake
Meal five: 2-300g White fish or chicken or steak and Sweet potato or rice
(sometimes meal 5 is whatever my mum makes which is usually chicken curry or italian food)
Meal six: Cottage cheese and a 90g protein shake
My pet flamingo is using:
400mg of testosterone enanthate
400mg of testosterone deconate
he has 2 weeks into the cycle, 8 more weeks left its the most he's ever used and is thinking of lowering the dosage due to hair loss... or feather loss because he's a flamingo.
im training 4-5 times per week, 45mins-1 hour sessions, heavy weights, low reps. im changing around the training every 4-5 weeks and doing drop sets of DC method of training.
