For people who didn't read previous posts.
Nutrition plan :
1) 3 whole eggs + cooked rice 250g + turkey 110g + 1 soy yogurt + nuts 10g + some goji berries
2) red fruits 200g + rice cream 60g + isolat whey 30g
3) cooked rice 350g + turkey 200g + some green vegetables + 1 olive oil tablespoon + 1 nuts oil tablespoon
4) 2 apples + rice cream 60g + isolat whey 30g + 10g nuts
5) cooked sweet potatoes 450g + turkey 200g + some green vegetables + 1 olive oil tablespoon + 1 nuts oil tablespoon
6) 1 whole eggs + isolat whey 30g + 1 chia seeds tablespoon + 10g peanut butter
Cycle Exemple : (All stuff from Genotec)
Npp 400mg week for 8 weeks and i switch with primo 500mg week for 10 weeks and i switch with boldo 400mg week for 10 weeks etc....
I switch 1 week on 2 T Cyp 750mg and T enant 750mg
TBol 40mg day preW (5 weeks)
4 ui HGH day
Some weeks in cycle : Humalog 10ui preW & 10ui postW (with shaker : vitargo, creatine, EAA, taurine, citrulline)
I cruise 8 weeks before to start my contest preparation with Testo Cyp 250mg week and HGH 3ui day. i ll test bloods during this time.

Impressive forearm! Your upper arm is good but your forearm actually overshadows it. Im jealous. Whats that puppy measure!?
If I measure in that position, it's 16.5" but if my arm is straight and I just flex it's 15".
I think forearms are like calves, the lower it attaches the bigger it can get.

A little progress snap after a few months of being quiet on here.
Competed Arnolds Aus last year, now planning to his October nationals later this year, pending career progression of course. (I wish my younger self knew how to prioritse like this haha )
Aprox 40 weeks to go, 7 weeks in to supps.
This month it's a 6 day split.
Training days x 5: 230g p, 540g c, 80g F
High day Carb x 1: 230g P, 700g C 80g F
Rest days x 1: 270g P 130g c 110g f
93.4kg. Much better composition than this weight last year.
