Wow can't even tell you injured your pec. Chest has held up well (fullness) for not have been training it.Came off winter bulk a few weeks ago. Cruising on 125mgs of Test Cyp a week and 3-5iu GH a day. Partially tore my left pec on Christmas Eve. You can see the remaining bruising on my bicep and yellow tint on my pec. Thank god after about a week I got full range of motion back in my arm. I still can't do chest but pretty close to 100% on all other exercises. Sitting around 215. Next blast starts April 1.
