Yeah ive always been told i have "big shoulders" or "wide clavicles" but i think the gh/tren is assisting with that

From yesterday after an arm workout. Holding it together better than I thought! Weighed myself for the first time in a month and down 2kg on much less food. I want to get back in the gym, but I can't really complain where I am at all things considered.

Just finished 10 weeks of Test, Tren and NPP. Dropping back down to my TRT Test dose and running low dose Primo and Anavar for the rest of the summer.

So I had some oral winny tabs in reserve, I started 25mg a day in addition to 210mg test a week. Also had a minor carb load (about 500g) yesterday. I'm so pumped it hurts.

Man, my chest is really starting to lag. Maybe because I don't train it Perhaps I should start...
