You don't (lol). Like USM said, its just genetics. It is the first place you store fat and
the last place you lose it. Liposuction maybe? Surgery for the loose skin? Not many
options.
For some folks (call them lucky) their fat is evenly distributed, mostly external, through-
out their body. (That was me when I was young but it has changed as I got older. Why I
don't know.) I think that the even distribution is the exception, not the rule. We all know
what that is good if you are a bodybuilder.
I remember seeing fotos of the survivors of the concentration camps, once liberated
after WWII. The survivors were skin and bones but some still had a bit of lower belly
body fat.
I know of a man who had an injury to the back of his hand and had to have a skin graft.
They took it from his buttocks. At various intervals he had to go and get the fat sucked
out of the back of the back of his hand. Such is genetics I suppose.
