I wake up once sometimes twice a night starving. Can't get back to sleep unless eat something. Often times unfortunately I'll eat something unhealthy (think mini powdered donuts) and wash it down with milk just so I can get back in bed asap. Any suggestions of something healthy but easy and quick to eat in middle of night? I'd rather stay asleep but this is my life for the past 20 years... Again, I'm not trying to be up in middle of night making food. It gotta be quick.

Keep some greek yogurt mixed with whey isolate and peanut butter in your fridge

Breakfast: 8oz ground beef and bone broth

Meal 2: 8oz of chicken and 3oz of rice

Meal 3: half a bottle of scotch and a shitload of ham!

Meal 3 will be repeated all day...this morning was bullshit and I'm still trying to simmer down from boil

Not even a real steak this time lol, thin cut round. Hey, it was $2 something a pound...bell peppers, Bella mushrooms, three whole eggs, some cheese. Salt and pepper the shit out of everything. Oh, and hot sauce and stone ground mustard.

Steak and eggs is my go to when I want to stay nice and full and strong while shedding water and a little fat quick. Cottage cheese and berries before bed lol
