What are we really eating...???

KETO - Taco salad, spinach, arugula, grass fed veal (I cant eat reg ground beef anymore unless it's in a patty form) cheddar cheese with EVOO and white balsamic vinegar, dollop of sour cream.

I’m feeling good.appetite is slowly coming back..
I haven’t been cooking..
I still feel a bit clumsy in the kitchen(and everyday life)...But I’ve noticed my hand eye coordination is much improved...

Keto a few days to cut some water and reestablish some insulin sensitivity. What's that mean? Steak, egg and cheese low carb breakfast burritos, dummy. Pound of top Round, three whole eggs, some pepper jack cheese, low carb tortillas.

Thanksgiving can kiss my ass, my taters kick ass any time. Salt, pepper, real butter (half tablespoon wisely distributed), Splenda, cinnamon, drizzled with a little maple syrup and a little fat free cheese on top to give you both a sweet and savory kick.

Mild refeed, about 400g carbs. I've had much luck with just eating more good quality food on a refeed.
The rest is stir fried pork, bell pepper and pineapple

Meal 1: 8oz ground beef, chicken stock, buffalo sauce

Meal 2: 8oz chicken(franceze style) 3oz rice, 3oz cooked spinach

Meal 3: 1 scoop protein powder mixed with 10oz mootopia whole milk, 2oz hazelnut coffee mate.

Meal 4: 8oz chicken, 3oz asparagus

Meal 5: same as meal 3

Meal 6: same as meal 1

This is typically every day....I eat a shit load of baby carrots throughout the day...no performance reasons...I just like them and they make my stomach feel good
