If you were going to take an oral AAS, which time of day would you take it?

If something had a 16 hour active life (anadrol), what time of day would you take it if you trained in the evening (7pm)? I've been doing research about timing and what not, but most of the info I find is for dbol and there are 2 sides, one saying take dose all at once preworkout or in the morning, the other saying split up dose pre and post workout, etc. But I'm not talking about dbol, here, I'm researching a50 for a friend. What do you think? Thanks bros

PS I am trying to not post lots of aas stuff, but sometimes I do have legitimate questions that I can't answer on my own through research. Also, I'm curious about the physiology behind growth/repair of the muscles, and if spiking hormone levels with an androgen at a specific time would be more beneficial than having them raised throughout the day. I would postulate that it'd be better to take about 2 hours pre-workout, but I'm not sure. Thanks again

halflife is about half that, at 8-9 hours. Are you talking about taking a single dose per day of 50mg?

I personally hate most orals except Tbol but I wouldnt worry as much about what time you take it as long as your blood levels are stable. If drol is 8-9hrs i'd take a dose in the morning and another about an hour before you train. I personally like to take about 30mg dbol a few hours before training b/c of the protein synthesis and strength increase. Im not looking for long term steady blood levels with it b/c I feel the compound isnt that benefital to be in your system all the time, ie bloat, estrogen,etc... my same thoughts are with adrol.

... can do both, it's a liquid. Nice research, by the way. I usually use steroidology.com for profiles, but have started trying to find more complete resources/descriptions than that.
 
I take it in the morning and an hour before workout.
I've tryed taking three doses, but too late at night and it I have trouble sleeping.
 
i'd probably dose it as 30mg 5-6 hrs before workout, and 20 1-2 before. so you peak around workout from second dose, but enough is clear by bedtime it doesn't interfere. thats just guessing though, as i've never tried anadrol.
