4 weeks 4 days out. In keto mode. No carbs since April 9th. We turned things up a notch. I'm still on pace to drop a lot more. Progress keeps coming. Knock on wood!

I'll be a SHW at the show. No chance in hell of making heavies.

I think several factors have caused me to get stronger on 3/4 of my lifts as I've gotten closer to the show. I've always held muscle. Getting lean has been a challenge, but only because I needed to find the right macros and game plan to get there. Carbs need to stay far, far away from my mouth while dieting. I'm also in good cardio shape, so i had to switch from walking on an incline to the elliptical to get my HR to where Dave wants it. I got shin splints from walking so damn fast on the treadmill and my HR wouldn't go above 110-115.

something about your statement about carbs, I would bet you everything i own that george farah would get you in the shape of your life with a shit ton of carbs. so many people talk about being carb sensitive but they have their protein too high when dieting high carb. george told me that since carbs are protein sparring that you don't need as much protein and fat is kept relatively low

anyways bro, you are going to tear shit up at jr's. I actually feel sorry for the other supers :(

Hey bud just wanted to say that I have always been a huge fun of working out, getting big and strong but never a huge fan of bodybuilding. Its guys like you and the others on this board that really have made me a huge fan of bodybuilding. You look amazing. Congrats man good luck!
