Allergies and training

I have seasonal allergies and I feel like it is limiting my growth,etc. I take singulair but was wondering about what others use. Im still a beginner and have no delusions of grandeur but I would still like to achieve my potential.

I dont think taking allergy meds will hurt or limit your gains any.
I use Flonase daily and I'm a beast
