best night of sleep ever

1.5 g of GABA (my wife likes this stuff too)
1 benedryl cap (I have allergies and need this at night)
1/2 a sominex tab
and 1 pill (1/2 dosage) of some stuff called Hi-Tech Sleep-Rx™.
Now I would not do this all the time, but I was desparate for sleep because of some stimulants was staying in my body way too long (overly sensitive to some stimulants, Vigor RX does not work for what it is supposed to but it is a great way to stay awake all night if you need to, also started Recreate by USP Labs and they have a stimulant like affect on me).

I slept deep, has happy, vivid dreams and woke up very refreshed like I slept 10 hours instead of 7.
I know some folks complain about sleep so here it is. you don't need large amounts of one drug, take small amounts of different drugs and let them attack your system on many different levels.

BTW, this works for me, and my body is weird, it may not work for anyone else, ya just gotta try once.
 
I sleep like a retarded baby on Melatonin with Theanine ;)

For extra badass dreams, throw in some Vitamin B6

Then I decided I would take less of both cpds together and it works like a charm, the only problem still is I'm still slighly hang over the followinng day. I might try to cut down the melatonin to 1mg, replacing to the benadrly for a light zma stack and light dose of gaba and see if thats any better and cuts down on the groggy feeling the next day.

Sleep seems to be the biggest problem for BBers regardless of using gear or not, if I can provide some added value to this forum, I will. I don't beleive in keeping things to myself, we need to share the knowledge we have.

about dosages, everything is usually OK in small dosages, it is when people take large amounts is when we get messed up. I did my first injectable cycle (after 2 oral cycles) using half of the amounts recommended and got great results from it. (250mg test E and 250 EQ). but i think maturity kept me from going overboard on that. I never use as much as a lot of others do and stay quite healthy.

you feel something that I can only describe as an all over tingling. You will find it difficult to be completely comfortable till this goes away and when it finally does you will start feeling relaxed, not sleepy but relaxed.
 
My bad, it was Unisom (small blue pill), and Unisom is not dyphenhydramine

I believe Unisom sells sleeping pills in either one of two different main ingredients. Unisom does sell pills with diphenhydramine in them, I use them every night. Good dreams!
 
Best Sleep.... well for me its 2mg of xanax.... Im out to the world. Its great on a night I deciede to go to bed early. Kinda groggy the next day but nothing a nice cup of coffee cant fix!
 
I take 3-6mg of Melatonin each night along with 50mg 5-HTP, b6, zinc, magnesium. that always gets me sleepy enough. Xanax will for sure do the trick but I try to avoid taking that as much as possible as It will make me feel shitty If I take it to often.

Add some phenibut and lights out. All studies prove that GABA does NOT cross the brain barrier rendering it useless- but i still this fact is up for debate because it seems to work. Diphenhydramine chloride (benadryl) will also dry you out. That plus acetometaphin = Tylenol pm. The benadryl should not exceed 25mg. or a paradoxical (opposite) effect may occur causing stimulation.
 
My current sleep stack...

9mg melatonin
1g Phenibut (1 night on, 2 nights off)
50mg diphenhydramine (2 nights on, 1 night off)
200mg 5-HTP (has a serious effect on my seratonin)
1-2cc "relaxing sleep tonic" by Herb Pharm
1-2cc hawthorn berry extract


I have a hard time falling asleep. Always have. I could stay up all night. I also have a hard time waking up. This is just normal. My body clock feels like it's set to sleep from 4am-noon... but i have to force myself to bed earlier.
