BEST PROTEIN FOR SLUDGE

I usually pick up ON PROTEIN FROM COSTCO when I make sludge with it it doesn't yield very much I noticed different brands yield different amounts and textures ,


Obviously it has to be the type blend in each product

I ran out of ON sp I picked up a Lb of muscle milk pro series 50 (prob terrible ) makes a very nice amount and texture sludge.

I was wondering what's everyone's favorite brand or blend of protein powder to make sludge

Pes select is the best for sludge hand down. Now trying to do this cheap then precision engineered syntha phase chcocolate/muscle tech phase 8

just use anything that contains a thickener agent such as inulin or carrageenan. thats what gives a sludgy texture.

casein / milk protein also works MUCH better than whey for sludgy / pudding textures...

I don't even do sludge. Well I do but that's because I mix my protein with oats. It's ends up tasting like the best protein sludge ever. So if you don't mind some carbs/fats I recommend trying it out. My fav protein of choice is Animal whey chocolate chip flavour Although My Protein's toffee whey is amazing too.

Found this site looking up different ideas for sludge. Any who, I use MRM vegetarian protein because of my dairy allergy. One scoop, one mashed up banana, little splash of unsweetened cashew milk, about a tbsp almond butter, little bit of cacao nibs and unsweetened shredded coconut. Definitely satisfied right now.

Miceller casein in a neutral flavour like Vanilla. you can then flavour it with any chocolatey or fruit sort of flavour. that's what I do anyway
