Yesterday morning I pumped 3ccs into each bicep. When I do this I move the pin around a little which couses some swelling. Went to gym and did 10 sets of 8. Barbell, preacher and cable curls. That night went back to trian chest. when done with chest. Did 3 drop sets of standing dumbell curls. LIGHT. 12-15 reps. Todays pump is unreal. Hard and full. They look like I added an inch over night. Going to try this with other body parts.
