Bulking Diet

The whey will digest & absorb much quicker than eggs & oats. This will "break the fast" you've been on since the last meal many hours ago the night before. As you're in a catabolic state, you want nutrients NOW. Also, with the shake digesting quickly, you will be ready to eat again in an hour... That's a better time for the slower digesting, lower glycemic-index eggs & oats whole food meal, which will keep you fueled for the next few hours until meal 3.

Generally speaking, you want fast protien/carbs at 2 specific times - upon waking & post workout. Eat whole foods about an hour after these fast digesting meals to sustain blood sugar & amino levels until the next feed.

One other thing to consider would be changing out the pre-bedtime whey with casein, as it is a slower digesting protein - this will slowly digest and minimize catabolism overnight. May not be entirely necessary, however, as the protein in cottage cheese is primarily casein. Maybe add some almonds to further slow digestion & add some more "good fats"?

Yeah thats why i put the cottage cheese before bed but ill pick up some casin also it can only help. That makes alot of sense man didnt even think bout it that way thanks alot man. Also i wanna change the meal at 4:00 i wrote tuna and brown rice but its preworkout anythin you would recomend for pw?

Lots of theories on optimal pre workout nutrition...

Personally, I eat a normal meal about an hour to an hour & 1/2 before the gym. 1/2 hour before, I start drinking a 1/2 gallon jug with water, 1/2 a scoop of instant lemonade, 10g creatine, 10g bcaa, 3g beta alanine & 3g taurine. I also take 5mg cialis, 500mg niacin, and 2 capsules of grapeseed extract. Usually drink about 1/3 to 1/2 of this mixture pre-workout. When I hit the gym I top off the remaining mixture with water and drink the rest while training. Since I've been doing this, I've never had a bad workout & always have skin-splitting pumps.

9:30 12oz chicken breast 20 almonds
12:00 Wheat bagel w/PB
4:00 Pre workout 1 cup oats w/pb
8:00 Red meat and complex carb
9:00 One cup low fat cottage cheese

Decline db or bb 3 warm up sets 1 working set
Incline db or bb 1 warm up 1 work set with drop sets
Flat db Bench 1 work set
Db or bb shoulder press 1 warm up 1 work set
Db side raise 3 sets 6-10 reps
Post delt mach 3 sets 6-10 reps

This is my third cycle previous were 500mg test e. Im 22 198LBS 5'9 13% BF. Just wanted some of your bulking tips as im gettin more focused on my diet. Thanks guys.

fuck my life im eating 5k calories right now on about 2g of aas and still not growing....why do u not have any protien with ur wheat bagel pb meal??? u think ur gonna grow from eatin pb and whey??? im drinking a dozen eggs at a time here WITH yolks

just before eating "anything" have a triple scoop whey isolate = 75 grams in water(MENTAL COMPULSION), and then think about whatever you may be needing TO EAT.

First i changed that diet. 2 do u realize how much protein is in a bagel and in pb? Also if your eating that much and on 2g of aas and not growing there is someting wrong. Maybe overtraining, undertraining, bunk gear, idk how many carbs your taking in maybe you need more but something is wrong.

So far up 9.5 pounds, up 4-5 reps on works sets for each exercise strength gains are great so far. Joints feel amazing. Had to pick up taurine for back pumps. No other sides but vivid dreams. And always hungry tryin to find healthy snacks lol. So far great cycle.

The deca only 8 weeks but test 12 weeks with mast last five weeks.
 
premed monster if your serious you must be a huge guy already or you gear is buunk 5k calories and 2 grams gear daaaaaam
 
well guys i just started a new job. Its 10 hours a day and hard ass work the worst part is i get no breaks or lunch. If i get a second to eat i scarf down a sandwhch. I have to eat fast so i pack turkey sandwhiches. I get up at 3 30 so for breakfast i use weight gainer and try to get 2-3 of those shakes a day. My diet is all screwed up now. Any suggestions?

Some peanut butter you can just eat a scoop off when you can. Some full fat milk if you got somewhere cold to put it. A bit of cheese in with your sandwich, anything calorie dense and quick to eat. It can't be legal to work 10 hours no break surely. We're allowed to work upto 4 hours in uk i think with no break

I do bring a peanut butter sandwhich with me and i put cheese with my turkey. Yeah its not legal at all man but they pay me an extra hour for not takin lunch or break so screw it thats more money ya know. Its real good money. Just totally fucked my diet. Then from the lack of food durin the day i cant stop eating in the evening.
 
Ok guys cycle is still doin good 214 this morning that +21lbs some water of course tho. lovin the thick full feeling i get from deca. Bout time to add in the mast :)
 
Bro go get your self some 1l bottles of low fat milk ... Look around and find one that suits ... Here in Aus, I have found a particular brand .. 50g pro 50g carbs 20g fat ... Add 1 scoop of whey ... 75g protein...
U can prob drink that in say 10 seconds .. Boom .. Ur on
 
Well on week ten im up 26lbs. Gonna have to stop the mast tho my temper and blood pressure is outta control. Other than that loved the cycle. Thanks for all the diet advice guys.
