Can someone please help me out? I am 230 lbs, 6'1. about 25% bf. I am looking to bulk up as clean as possible on my current cycle. I am week 2 of a Deca/Test E/ Dbol cycle. Yes I am going to gain some bloat and fat, but I need to get a perfect diet to succeed here. I just learned that incorporating light cardio after breakfast could be beneficial, so hopefully this will help with the leaness. But, please share some sample diets that you believe would be beneficial to me. Thank You.

why would you be "bulking" to begin with? looks like your already "bulked" at 25% BF...that means that of your 230lbs your around 175lbs of actual non-fat body weight...that in itself suggests your in no position to even cycle. i believe i would try to lean out before adding anymore weight to your frame...
 
If you are truly 25% BF, then you really need to lean down and hold at that weight for a little while and then try to add size. I personally like the Keto style of dieting for getting lean, but thats my opinion and for another thread.
 
The average BF for a male is 19-22%, why are you even taking AAS? Your diet is the most important aspect of how you look. Take some of the money you are spending on AAS and hire someone to get you leaner.
 
I agree w/ all above posts.

To answer your question.....couple options.

1. Keto diet-fastes possible fat loss
2. Big breakfast, then chicken/rice/ brocolli and shakes the rest of the day.....lots of it. maybe some black beans too.

If your cycle history is minimal, you'll increase strength while you cut, just not by a huge margain.

If you could simply addopt a healthy diet i.e. chicken/rice/brocolli and lots of it and make it a lifestyle, w/ good training, you'll see a huge difference after a few months. You'll get hungry, really hungry, when you do, just eat more healthy clean food. eat as much of it as you like. But no snickers or red bulls for you sir. no cake either. put a hold on the pizza, and stay the fuck away from the ice cream.

Ditto. You shouldnt even be thinking about AAS until around 12-15% ish. You'll be one of those guys that only gains two pounds on a cycle and then complains about it.

I would get with someone from the board to set you up with a nice clean cutting diet right now. I would take advantage of that while hitting as much cardio as possible. (Summer is coming after all)

And since you would be leaning up you won all that gear. Just enough to help you keep onto the muscle that you have now while lowering your cals and upping the cardio.

Then after you dropped about 10+% BF (which should be in time for summer) I would hit the deca,test dbol cycle but still maintain a nice clean diet.

I love people that always "need" to be doing something. What you should do which everyone will suggest is to cut. If you wanna bulk at 25% get on a sumo board lol.
 
Trust me though cutting will be very rewarding.
 
Might as well give him a good cycle to take bc he is gonna do it anyways. Once its planted in your head that you wanna take gear pretty much everyone does.
 
Guys he's already started a cycle..There's no way he's coming off now..So why doesn't someone just help him with what he wants, a clean bulking diet and leave it at that.

I would do it but seeings I'm with Phil I'd end up giving that diet and that wouldn't be fair to PHIL.

Lets look at the Logic in you're statement. I am not very lean right now as a matter of fact a quarter of my body is fat but I want to be lean. I want to get even fatter before I start dieting hoping that when it is all said in done I end up lean with more muscle. What if you wanted to drive from Florida to New York would you jump on 95 and head north or would you jump on 10 and head west for awhile before turning back and heading north on 95?
The compounds you are using are fine you can keep using them (maybe drop the DBall) You're only goal should be lean mass not fat.

EITHER WAY.........BY DIET OR BY THE 95.......YOU WILL BE DEALING WITH A LOT OF WATER

I am in total agreement aeliop, the OP should be focussing on gaining lean mass. If he is putting lean mass on and eating all the right amounts of clean foods, he should actually lean up a little bit as he add more pounds of lean muscle(burning more calories).

If i had to really make a good suggestion, either read Big A's growth prinicples sticky or hire one of the awesome trainers we have here to get yourself where you want to go.
