Can someone please help me out? I am 230 lbs, 6'1. about 25% bf. I am looking to bulk up as clean as possible on my current cycle. I am week 2 of a Deca/Test E/ Dbol cycle. Yes I am going to gain some bloat and fat, but I need to get a perfect diet to succeed here. I just learned that incorporating light cardio after breakfast could be beneficial, so hopefully this will help with the leaness. But, please share some sample diets that you believe would be beneficial to me. Thank You.
