yes, some bb'ers believe by using fast acting aas (ie. test susp, prop...) you get a greater effect.

I posed this same question around several boards when I first discovered SEO years ago.

Many simply mix the two. There was a lot of anectodal replies stating that it could actually reduce absorbtion time of gear - esp fast-acting, ester-free gear.

Based on that research, I keep the shots separated.

I always mix em. never any problems.

even says Idealy thats what would work best but of course
for legal reasons could never be sold in the usa like that.

I used to always mix them too-no problems. And it didnt seem to delay the onset of the gears effects.
