Which steak is best to have the Friday before the show? Which is leanest?

well the friday before a show i right before bed i personally eat a small filet then another in the morning.

the rest of my time dieting. i eat only lean cuts. basically for me. Top round, or eye off round. they are tough meats so beware not to cook to much.

i sometimes buy eye of round and grind it into patties to make superlean burgers out of it.

Agreed. Anything with "round" is usually a good choice for lean beef.

Flank steak is a good choice but I cant stand the taste anymore. I go through phases where I cant look at certain food groups for a while after loading up on it.MM

I like Flank and Del Monico Steak. OF course having a steak when dieting isn't like having a regular steak as ALL the juice is sucked from it and taste like a peice of tire.hehehe I luckily have a buddy w/ a great restaurant that makes my steaks for the week for me.
