Creatine Confusion?

Hi all,

Is there a new type of creatine out?

Here in Aussie land I think we only get your standard powder creatine monohydrate. I think I read that there is a new improved creatine ester or something like that? Also is there a buffered creatine called Kre-alkalyn? I hear the Kre-alkalyn is VERY good.

With creatine it's the same as with every other supplement out there. Quality counts.
I NEVER got any kind of results from any of the creatines I used here in Aust, until I used the kre-alkalyn. Then I used the SyntheCREATINE from Synthetek and the results were the same - excellent. I get the same muscle fullness I get on d-bol.
I don't care what people say, creatine monohydrate is not creatine monohydrate all over just like protein is not protein between the different brands.

I tried Kre-alkalyn and I am hooked on creatine now...it was great. I notice that BSN has a creatine ester product and so does Dorian Yates. Is Synthecreatine one of those types of products?

Can creatine be used during a precontest nutrition program? Does it help prevent muscle loss in a precontest phase ?

precontest i would use only around 3 grams post workout only to get the benefits w/o unnessary bloating
