I need a little help with a cycle I'm planning. I normally cycle test-e and deca/equip., with some Dbol. I'm fairly satisfied with the results, but I really want to try something a little different with my next cycle. I'm recovering from a motorcycle accident that occured over 8 months ago and just hit the gym and started dieting again over a month ago.....I'm down 30 lbs and my strength.......I would rather not discuss.


Test E- 500mg/wk (1-12 wks.)
Anadrol- 50mg/ED (1-4 wks.)
DBol- 50mg/ED (wks. 5-6)
Tren E- 300mg/wk (wks. 8-12) ***do I need to run longer???
Equipoise- 400-500mg/wk (wks. 1-12)

The cycle looks a bit heavy. You haven't trained for 8 months. You should simplify it and just go on a lite one for a start.

I would only run test and deca low dose for now. get your training back on line and clean up your diet first. Dbol and tren not needed for now. Give your body a chance, you'll bounce back quick enough!!
 
i would say get your training back in line first . . . beofre starting the cycle... . make sure your eating is good and gain a little bit off of that. then hit your receptors with that cycle. i think you will respnd very well to it especially with a break that long.

i would run the whole 12 weeks of tren.
if it were me i would run the a50 at 100mg/day instead of dianabol with it. just because d-bol gives me bad problems with gyno and anadrol does not. not even if i am taking 150mg for 5 weeks.

other than that it looks like a good cycle to me and good luck. your body should respond very well with that long break. just make sure your eating and training are back in line before you even thin kabout running it (to make sure you get the most out of your gear)
 
Thanks everyone. One more thing though....I cannot squat or do leg presses. My ankle movement doesn't permit it. Before my accident, my legs were probably the most improved. What else can I do to build my legs back without squating or leg presses?
 
leg extensions are awesome. not enough credit is given to them. what about lunges? if you are mainly stuck on leg extensions for legs, i would try different versions... like if yo uhave two leg extension machines or more, use both of them. switch your feet position at in toes pointed outward, inward, and straight. and you could switch the foot position while doing single leg extensions. there are plenty of variations of leg extensions that you could do that owuld be benneficial.
 
I must say sqauts are awesome and the physique and strength once received will be greatly missed. Before I started squating my legs were so-so, nothing great, strength was lacking too. I avoided squats for a long time, in fear of injuring my back, but sucked it up. Only after eight months, size and strength went through the roof.
