My daughter has a Dairy and Peanut allergy. In an effort to get her daily required protein, supplementation is almost a must.
I am having a hard time because most of the products are whey based or processed in a facility that also manufactures other proteins or uses shared equipment that poses a risk for cross contamination.
I am sure this is not a new problem however for myself and my family it is. The pediatrician and allergist are hopeful she will grow out of it but as for right now she has a very pronounced and potentially life threatening allergy to each.
I appreciate all the help!
