thanks bro I bought the dvd and watched it many times i guess im just left wondering how many varations of core lifts there could be. I was also wondering how you hit certain muscles like side/rear delts without doing rev pec dec/side raises, or traps without shrugs. ugh im confused I know core lifts like deads for back thickness hit the traps to a certain degree but is it enough for trap growth over shrugs? lol I know im saying a lot I just have a lot of questions bro, thanks
