Hi guys, i'm a bodybuilder from europe and i'v read something on DC training.
Does some of you have tried this training ?

theres some stuff on it here, but you may be better off going to www.intensemuscle.com where he posts in the dogpound and many over there do his routines
 
It is a low volume routine that is more suited for bodybuilders that already have a number of years experience in the gym and in the kitchen. If this defines you, and you're dedicated and willing to do some research on your own then this program is for you. There is alot of information out there on it, and it's imperative that you read as much as you can adn then read it again to really master it. Yes it's a great program, the best I've come across.
 
Do a search on it bro and you'll deff. find some good info on here.

Yup, the eating is the biggest part of any bodybuilding program. Also make sure that if you're going to do DC training, make it 100% DC training. All the aspects of the program are put together for a reason. If you leave one of the elements out, it's no longer DC training.
 
I have been doing Dc style training and for me it has worked the best.Ive tried high volume and I found DC to be the best for me. Gained strength alot quicker.

that ironmag cut and paste is really old and taken out of context--the actual diet part of that is actually a question I answered of someone who asked me what I ate the day before and I was eating like that because i was trying to gain weight while working an incredibley laborous job. (still couldnt gain weight with all that food)....there is a whole diet paragraph in there that I didnt even write, its someone else. Intensemuscle would be a much better option to read
 
DC,

man it has to piss you off that you get SOOO many people trying to mimic your training and diet without all the knowledge that goes along with the actualy DC training. i hear a lot of pepole say that are training DC style, however they arent consulting with you, not doing the proper diet, and really just have some training that they read in a few posts.

my buddy SONIS consulted with you and i skimmed through the pages upon pages of information that you sent with him.. pretty impressive.. definitelty not somethign you can learn through reading posts.

Its sad when you try to help people out and you get bashed for it. You have all these guys that think they are training and eating DC and just making his program look bad. They post there pics and get slammed for not making any progress and DC gets flamed. The thing is they are doing it all wrong.
Over at GetBig forums DC is always getting slammed. I seen guys posting pics over there after they say they used his system and just are fat because they did not follow it right and then DC takes the heat.
This is what you get when you try to be nice and help people out.
He should have just kept it to himself and just trained his clients so it was used properly like Phil does.

Zebra when you think about it, this is what separates the Men for the boys. If you are good enough to stick with the program and follow directions then it works, but if you halfass it and expect great results, then ya know. This applies to just about everything, if you halfass a cycle and forego the off cycle prep then they say it's worthless and hop to something else that they halfass on. If you start something....FINISH IT! :cool:

this is true, theres a misconception out there that DC advocates that EVERYONE go to mcdonalds and blast away on hamburgers without the bun, or as many cookies as u want so long as you pound a protein shake first....I always see DC write something to the effect of "I cringe when I see the same diet advice being taken by freddy carb sensitive and billy cant gain a pound" and its true, we are very different in regards to how we process food (someone who uses gear will/can eat differently than one who doesnt i presume)....it is individually tailored, and people forget this,,, i have not seen the inside of a mcdonalds,burger king, or any fast food place in the last 5 years because my body will store excess calories like that...I totally agree with whats been said above, DC goes out of his way to help people for free, and is bashed in return..it pisses me off, but the world is full of haters...
