I had a bad year last year. Some shoulder strains, etc. I am 50 yo with several cycles done a lifting on/off for 35 years.
Need opinions on a cycle combo to get a little mass back but ease the joints back into training heavier via the purposed collagen healing properties of Deca and EQ. What about this combo:
For 10 weeks;
Mon. 250mg Test Eth, + 250mg Deca
Thur. 250mg Test Eth. + 200mg EQ
Any suggestions?
