Dieting since 13 days now, damn I forgot how much low carbs and cardio can trouble my sleep !!
I go to bed at around 12AM and wake up EVERY NIGHT at 2.30AM !!!!! EVERY NIGHT
I wake up sweating, hungry lol, and I can 't sleep again before 4 or 5 !!!
what a joy to diet ... hopefully my delts are getting more cut since 1-2 days and I see that my diet and cardio start to do their job
