Dieting using slin to get into ketosis in 1 day?

This reminded me of that atkins diet where it takes a week to go into ketosis and after into ketosis you could lose fat around 1lb day while sticking to proteins and no carbs.If this isnt too difficult and dangerous i would like to try a 2 week run into ketosis and maybe lose 10-15lbs while holding to as much muscle as possible.Figured since its a protein/fat diet maybe this would work very well.

I would be on aas while doing this at about 1gram test a week.I know slin used for mass gain is 10g carb per iu but what would it be if used to go into ketosis?The poster didnt mention his carb intake each inject of 2ius while the slin is active.I will have glucose tablets,glucolmeter,and stop watch available while trying this if i do.I read safe BG levels are between 70-90 and plan to use meter every 15 minutes.

What range should i start popping the tablets if needed?What kinda shake should i drink immediately with each 2iu injection?Plan to maybe take in another drink mix 1 hour after injection and again 1 to 1.5 hours after that.What should these 2 shakes consist of in carb/pro?Also after first day of slin use to get into ketosis i guess the rest of the 13 days are absolutly slin free and just carb/fat meals there on out?

I fooled with this for maybe 1 week, and believe me its hard to keep it up for very long and just not worth it time wise or risk wise. Just follow a good diet plan, maybe get someones help one here. There are many great and knowledgable people on here that will help you with diet. Phil Hernon helped me a lot and does it for a very reasonable price. He is brutally honest too.

1- this is why some people consider slin dangerous... retarded ideas like this
2- going into ketosis doesn't take a week. 2-3 days if you train hard and do your cardio.
3- YOU DO NOT LOSE ANYTHING REMOTELY CLOSE TO 1 LB OF FAT PER DAY ON A KETO DIET!!! you lose a shit ton of water the first 10 days, that's why you drop 5-10 lbs the first week.
4- I don't know about a lot of people here, but i personally think that you really don't have to go to ketosis when you cut carbs to burn a shit ton of fat.
5- really, if there was a way to lose a good 5-15 lbs of fat in 2 weeks, don't you think everyone would know about it?

when you want to burn fat, you don't notice fatloss until the 3-4 week mark, especially if you were adding some mass right before that. you would be better off just rearranging your macros with a slight reduction in calories.

Using insulin to lose weight just doesn't make sense to me at all. Never seen a diabetic lose weight when they start using insulin. To many use insulin for the wrong reasons and put themselves at risk on top of that...
Try ..I dont know maybe eating less and more aerobics...Nah.... that makes to much sense.

Think of the body as an engine that burns gas(carbs). A diabetic has no spark to burn gas. To them insulin is a spark to burn gas. To a healthy person that already has a spark the insulin is a supercharger burning gas. We just mix in Glutamine and BCAA with the gas. When the gas burns it leaves behind these building blocks. If your a nut job and afraid of insulin so you take WAY to many carbs trying to be safe, you will get fat. Quick.

When you guys use slin to go into ketosis are your shakes/meals afterward almost completly void of carbs?What is your protein/bcaa's/diet during the day of slin use to go into ketosis?

Just like any other keto day - zero carbs, protein less than 30%, fats higher than 70%.
