How do you guys typically eat fats such as olive oil, red palm oil, coconut oil, and macadamia nut oil? I don't particularly enjoy the taste of these on my food all the time so I've been just drinking them as a shooter pretty much lol. What do you guys do?
 
Careful...shooting these can make you have a cleaning out effect...not cool.
You'll have liquid shits in other words.

Cook with coconut oil or eat it..
The others can go in a shake.
Red palm oil in shake or on finished eggs.
Mac Nut oil great in shakes and to cook with.
Olive oil as dressing.
 
To add on to the above post. This cleaning out effect or... intestinal lubrication is also an indication you are not absorbing the fat, making the intake pretty useless.

I just eat nuts. It's more fun (and food) than oils.
 
Use on salads or cook egg white or meats with.When cooking must use lower temp.
 
I'll try working them into shakes more and putting them on rice and such. I've been cooking eggs with the coconut oil

I dislike the taste of coconut oil- but you can put it on your rice. Or grassfed butter!
 
I put olive oil in my rice dishes and shakes. I b eat a lot of almonds and walnuts for fat too

Usually have them with /on food. Ex: Olive oil and vinegar on salad
 
Chicken, broccoli, walnut oil or coconut oil over top. The steamed broccoli helps soak up the oil.

Macnut oil or grass fed butter over chicken and rice.

I also eat cashew and other mixed nuts.
 
I try to keep a pretty good balance of Nuts, Oils, and seeds. Offseason I typically eat fattier meats as well. Personally I've fallen in love with Chia seeds on my rice. Coconut oil is what I use to cook veggies in, haven't jumped on the grass fed butter train yet, but given the fact that they sell kerrigold @ Sam's I'm going to try it for sure. Cold pressed olive oil is delicious on just about anything.

If you don't like coconut oil just try butter, stevia and some cinnamon!
 
Egg whites cooked in EV coconut oil topped with sliced avocado and hot sauce... Heaven.

Red palm oil stirred in sweet potato/rice/spinach omelette.

Macadamia nut oil with anything really but more so kale and spinach cooked in a pan.

Almond butter on rice cakes/ezekiel bread/shakes.

Free range cage free whole eggs, buffalo, and grass fed beef.

Avocado sliced and diced over diced chicken with hot sauce (favorite meal)

Tilapia blackened with EV coconut oil

Just some of my favorite dishes

Not really but if you add them to the rice just before you eat it, they have a nice crunch. Gives mushy rice some nice texture. I am super sensitive to any kind of fiber, gastric distress happens to me easily. However I can add 1 serving of chia to every meal and stay regular without any bloat/gas. Don't add it to food too early or it will turn into a tapioca like paste, loses its crunch pretty quickly.
