Does anyone have any literature regarding precontest diets, or even better, examples of precontest diets starting anywhere from 20-10 weeks out? I want start cutting in Feb-March for 20 weeks, and see if I can actually get down into low low bf%.

If you are serious about competing, I think you should seek the help of a professional nutritionist at least 3 months prior to your contest. Good luck anyway!

Just an example I would start with 10 eggwhites and no yolks 2 packets of grits or some oatmeal 2 hrs later I would eat about 10 oz of chicken breast and maybe a half of a sweet potato or some brown rice and broccoli or asparagus next meal 2hrs later would do 2 scoopes of protein and maybe some puffed rice next meal another 10 oz of chicken or turkey and a little brown rice and spinnach broccoli or asparagus next meal protein shake again same as last next meal would be another 10 oz of chicken or turkey no more carbs asparagus or broccoli anyways that is a exampe flank steak 10 oz for a couple of meals when you get closer to show I like to take out brown rice and carbs and eat mostly protein greens and fats also ya get one cheat meal a week up until 3-5 weeks out depends on your progression a good cheeseburger and maybe some sweet potato fries will help you keep your sanity hopes this helps you.

Also your protein shakes need to be little to no carbs. except post-pre workout also another thing you can do is carb cycle eat maybe a higher amount of carbs on leg day and back day and then lower the rest of the week when I mean higher I don't mean alot more also as far as your cheat meal goes I like to do on leg day as well.
 
Ive been carb cycling this whole year which has worked really well. I've just never studied precontest dieting, so I dont know if its more specialized and more specific in regards to food and drug science. But thanks, Ill read through big As thread after my exam
 
im around 27 days out,regarding water how much should i be drinking?A gallon enough or more?

Should i limit my sodium?been using a ton of ketchup

I i still have fat on my midsection to get rid of but also loose skin from when i was overweight anything todo to tighten it up?

A lot of pros like Phil Heath and Ben Pakulski eliminate protein shakes (liquids) 12 weeks out.

Also your protein shakes need to be little to no carbs. except post-pre workout also another thing you can do is carb cycle eat maybe a higher amount of carbs on leg day and back day and then lower the rest of the week when I mean higher I don't mean alot more also as far as your cheat meal goes I like to do on leg day as well.
