Well after a few days of debating with myself and researching ive figured out how im going to arrange my off season diet. Carb Cycle, im hoping this will keep me leaner than last year while still adding good muscle. my days will look like this
High day
500 grams carb
205 grams protein
trace fats
moderate day
200 grams carbs
325 grams protein
60 grams fat
low days
120 grams carbs
325 grams protein
100 grams fats
This is where i will start once i plateau ill add 50 grams carbs to the high and mod day and 20 fats to my low day and then work from there
