i read up on deca, winstrol, primobolan and anavar

in my opinion it seems as though deca/anavar would be the best option for cutting as opposed to a weaker primo (that can cause hair loss) and winstrol which has the heaviest toxicity on the liver. If i stack deca with anavar, this should be the best and safest cycle correct? thanks guys
 
Try it!!!!!!!! Do itttttttttttttttttttttttttttt!!! Deca will make your dick small. Anavar will give you Man-boobs!

i heard about "deca dick" but anavar as far as i know is used as a very effective fat burner due to it being a DHT derivative and has very little report of side effects and is there anything to combat "deca dick"? Chef...is the first part sarcasm and then probable side effects or are you serious?

and no im not young but its not so much a cutting cycle as it is a maintenance cycle, i've cut down to where i want to be but want to maintain where i am and build just a little more muscle, the cardio and diets already put me where i need to be and after training for a long time i'm where i want to be before i started juicing

i thought if you ran test with deca you'd get a lot bigger but if you cycle with anavar you'd get cut and hard while lean/gaining - this is based off questions i've asked bodybuilders and researched, i'm not arguing just asking, thank you guys
 
anavar is NOT a fat burner

and there is no such thing as a cutting cycle

you can get CUT on anything

it's not really a cutting cycle - it's just a cycle for me to gain a little more muscle and keep the fat off, i understand anavar isn't a fat burner like ephedrine and shit like that, i just read that since it's a DHT derivative and keeps fat off while building muscle - i'm just asking, what exactly will happen on this cycle for about 8 weeks

I will give you an answer after you give me some. How many cycles have you done? How old are you? What are your stats? What kind of diet and training are you doing?

By the way, that isn't a great cycle.

don't feel like explaining the whole diet but it's mostly protein, then complex carbs and low fat...lots of fish, chicken and veggies

my training regimen is 6 days on 1 days off and this is my first cycle, it's more or less lean/gain that im going for - i just want to maintain my look for an extended period of time

tenny, could you tell me what will happen to me on this cycle? if so very much appreciated

and i know what you're thinking your stats aren't very impressive, your not very big, yes i know and again it's maintenance i'm looking for with a little gain

Your stats aren't bad. If this is your first cycle, just do 250-500mg of Test E for 12 weeks and PCT. Personally I think you are training too many days. For muscle growth I would cut back too 4 days. Your Diet will make or break you as far as how you look. Hopefully, you are over a certain age. Posting your Diet would help.

You asked for a first cutting cycle and now your asking for gain little more muscle and keep the fat off. I tell you this Kid, Diet is what makes the body.

Learn and educate yourself about the Diet, Cardio etc...

i'm 24 and i know diet is the key to maintaining a body but unlike most kids my age and even when i was younger all the way back to about 12 i've a had a very, very slow metabolism and its taken so long for me to get here and i just want to have something help me stay in lean/mean shape and gain maybe an inch or two - like i said before i want more of a fitness model look, not a monster one, though it is cool ;)

Just take an AI, you will be alright. If you take Arimedex .5mg is good or Aromasin at 12.5 every day. Letro is for harder cases, stay clear. By the way, if you post your diet in detail you will get more support. That is where you need to begin.

8:00 AM - Whey Protein
8:30 AM - Breakfast - Oatmeal, 1 whole egg, 5 egg whites
10:15 AM - Drink N.O. w/ Creatine, BCAAs
10:30 AM - Drink Whey protein
12:00 PM - Creatine w/ BCAAs then Whey/Casein (with an apple or white bread)
1:00 PM - Lunch
3:30 PM - Can of Tunafish with EAS Myoplex
5:30 PM - Dinner
7:30 PM - Whole Wheat bread/peant butter Whey protein
8:00 PM - cardio
12:00 AM - Casein protein

Lunch and dinner usually consist of 2 grilled chicken breasts or fish (when available) and with either a small salad or raw lettuce, hard boiled eggs and veggies - so on it's somewhere between 3,300 - 3,400 calories a day (mostly pprotein)
 
That is not a well balanced diet. Not what I would do or recommend.
 
I actually pay a guy for mine. It wouldn't be fair of me to give it out for free. I can tell you that you are not balanced in your meals. If you want to do a diet long term, you have to have proper ratios and eat balanced meals. That is not what I call a good long term nutritional program. I personally would save my money from the AAS and pay someone to teach you nutrition.
