First cycle I should take for lean gains, is?

Hello every one I am looking for leans gains as currently I am weighing at 170 lbs.

My body stats as below
Age- 31
Weight- 170
Height- 5.9
Biceps- 17.1 (pumped)
Chest- 45
Legs- 25
Waist- 30
BF- 10.5 %

I target is to reach 185 lbs with same body fat.

I am new to the steroids I never run before any cycle as currently I on only test E cycle which I have started from 4 - 10 - 17.

Someone please suggest me what best I can use to reach my goals... 💪🏻💪🏻

If this is your first cycle brother you're taking all you need I wouldn't recommend anything more than 500 mg of test e at the most. Since it's your first cycle if you're only running even 400 mg of test a week you should easily put on 30 lb at the minimum in 3 months. My first cycle I went from 150 to 190 then when I came off drop down to like 185 183. As far as taking something to get lean that's all depending on what you eat diet is the most important I'm sure other people will co-sign this but diet is probably 70% of the results and 20% training then 10% supplements whether it's antibiotics or over the counter like protein powder aminos when stuff like that. If your 5 9 170 then you don't have too much body fat on you. I'm guessing you're probably a hardgainer. If that's the case I would be eating 200 grams of protein per day, 500 grams of carbs, 600 on workout days , and just keep your fat below 80g. If you notice yourself putting on a little extra weight in the belly drop the carbs down a little bit especially right before bed.. just remember carbohydrates are not bad it's all about timing. Hi... Bigmills I have started Test E (500 mg per week in 2 pins) and Tren A ( 2 ml per week in 2 pins) do tren raise the body temperature, actually I am feeling some high body temperature... And a lots of pain in injectable area. 💪🏻

500mg test e for 12 weeks is the most you should do,you shouldn’t use tren for your first cycle and when you do use tren ace it should be injected eod. You would know this if you had bothered to do any research.
Also don’t listen to the comment from the clown above, a proper pct is required after a cycle and stay off for as long as you was on plus the time it took to do a pct.
