I never said it had anything to do with PEDs. And I did read the link, just a second time actually, and I still don't see where it says he had an angioplasty done. Can you post that link because it seems aside from his kidney disease he must have some cardiovascular disease if that is the case.
What a terrible situation...and I feel for the guy. But at the same time is everyone purposely not mentioning what might be the cause.
Remember the site enhancing calves issue? And I'm not talking normal SEO. There was something else more permanent in many site enhancing protocols. I'm not trying to be disrespectful but this happens a lot with permanent filler products (placed in the muscle) which aren't approved for anything else but the dermal layers.

I always respected his look but after having serious issues with Kidney disease (he had a transplant). Not a smart move to "get back" and compete again as a pro a few years ago. I have kidney issues and would never think of doing the doses needed to compete again.
