Out of curiosity where are you placing your feet relative to the bar for these?
Not width, but in front of the bar, just under the bar, etc.
I have to give these a go.
a bit behind the bar seems to work best... maybe with the bar directly over your toes. only go down to mid-shin, and only come up to a few inches above the knees... continuous tension...
