Girlfriend is going thru menopause and needs a Estrogen boost

What are some natural or OTC methods my girlfriend can boost her Estrogen.

She suffers pretty bad hot flashes and is gaining a bit of weight, more so than she normally does.

boost estrogen? I think that might be a bad idea if you are concerned about weight gain. estrogen will cause weight gain in the thighs/hips/ass of women.

I worked at the vitamin shoppe about five years ago and we sold a lot of a product called estroven. Most women had success at reducing hot flashes, etc.

Another thing to look into is topical progesterone cream in conjunction with the other supplement I mentioned. It will balance out progesterone levels and work in synergy with the estroven. Peace.

I also had a hysterectomy at 34. They tried to save my ovaries but had to remove one. A year later I went into menopause. I would suggest trying the natural herb supplements like soy, Black cohosh, and Progesterone Cream to begin with to see if it will help. I know some women that only need natural treatments. None of that helped me, so I ended up taking HRT. They can start her on a very low dose even a patch or cream. I didn't like the patch and it didn't help any, so the gave me EstraTestor a generic form of it. There are other brands as well.

If she has trouble with her libido, then she can ask her doctor about Test in cream that will help her get her sex drive back.
