Glute shot while on the shitter...

Believe it or not, the injection site that I've always had the most trouble with is my glutes... It's always been really uncomfortable, trying to reach around and squeeze the plunger, I always feel like I'm pulling on the needle. Not to mention it's the only site I've ever aspirated blood.

So the other day I'm in the bathroom, sitting on the pot, doing my business and I had an epiphany. Looking to the side for the toilet paper, I realize that the exact target I need to hit is pressed onto the sides of the toilet seat!

I tried it this morning, and it was the easiest glute shot I've ever done.

Well dammit guys, I didn't take the shot while I was shitting...

It's just that the sitting position is a better way to inject into the glute, rather than standing...

i do my thigh shots sitting on the toilet. dont do the glutes any more, i have marble sized knots in my ass from my first cycle over 3 years ago of sust pre-loads.
