without having a real clue about the product i just want to say that
KCALS ARE NOT CALS
:banghead:
you do realize that these are simply EAAs and EAAs have the same calories as regular protein per gram?
actually a bit more, BCAAs do have 6 kcals or so per 1 gram, read that somewhere.
whatever, EAAs have at least 4kcals/1g so its 20kcals per 5g serving.
OF COURSE THEY PUT 0.02 CALS ON THE LABEL BECAUSE YOU GUYS CANT DIFFERENTIATE BETWEEN KCALS AND CALS
also what about all the non-essential amino acids? id rather want a complete amino acid pool in my body.
even if only EAAs are needed for building muscle (citation needed?!), its probably a good idea to still get the non essentials through your diet.
if you dont get them your body has to synthesize them. and that probably happens from the EAAs anyway lol
