hi all
i was going to be running a long cycle but near the middle i bust my ankle,i have just got to the point of being able to train lightly on it and i have damaged my elbow:(instead of wasting more money i am going to take this oppertunity to take my break before my next cycle.
week 1-3 d.bol 25mg
week 1-10 sust 750mg
week 1-10 deca 400mg
week 8-13 winny 50mg ed
week 11-14 testeviron 1000mg

okay i will be finishing off week 14 testeviron now,my last 500mg shot being this evening.
i have:
3 x 1500iu hcg left
40 tabs clomid
20 x 20mg nolva
50 tabs clen

i cant seem to get hold of my contact.any ideas to best utilize what i have on hand.

i will be reducing my sets to 6-8 biceps and triceps
9-12 quads and back
8-9 delts
9-12 chest
concentrating on the big movemants and training 1 x bodypart a day 5 days a week weekends off.i would like to through in some light cardio at 3 x week(30 min)

i will keep my diet clean and protein up around 2g per lbs.
stats 26yrs,10 cycles,235lbs,16%bf.

please could you help me with this as i would not like to get this wrong on top of injuries:)this is my first cycle where i will be using pct,i was uneducated before and very scared of losing everything like before.

sorry,
i forgot to mention i have researched pct and was going to take clomid at 300mg day1 and 100mg x 10 days and 50mg x 10 days while running nolva at 20mg ed throughout cycle till end clomid.
i am confused on whether to even use the hcg as i was using it midcycle, and fear i dont have enough to complete a pct with it.
not being to get hold of my contact now of all times is forcing me to rethink how i am to do this on what i have as i was going to restock in a few weeks.

dude I know just what u mean, mentally it is tought not to poke for 6-8 weeks if thats what u choose. so heres what I did

post therapy with nolva/clomid

took synthol in biceps whole time off

take 1cc of Inj b complex daily glute/shoulder

took creatine/glutaimene 3x a day

trained twice as hard more intensity

end result: every i sasking me what im on basically the bloat left im down to 214 from 225, ppl say im looking better now then before.

basically tho im poking myself more then other so my mind seems to forget im off:)
