hi all
i was going to be running a long cycle but near the middle i bust my ankle,i have just got to the point of being able to train lightly on it and i have damaged my elbowinstead of wasting more money i am going to take this oppertunity to take my break before my next cycle.
week 1-3 d.bol 25mg
week 1-10 sust 750mg
week 1-10 deca 400mg
week 8-13 winny 50mg ed
week 11-14 testeviron 1000mg
okay i will be finishing off week 14 testeviron now,my last 500mg shot being this evening.
i have:
3 x 1500iu hcg left
40 tabs clomid
20 x 20mg nolva
50 tabs clen
i cant seem to get hold of my contact.any ideas to best utilize what i have on hand.
i will be reducing my sets to 6-8 biceps and triceps
9-12 quads and back
8-9 delts
9-12 chest
concentrating on the big movemants and training 1 x bodypart a day 5 days a week weekends off.i would like to through in some light cardio at 3 x week(30 min)
i will keep my diet clean and protein up around 2g per lbs.
stats 26yrs,10 cycles,235lbs,16%bf.
please could you help me with this as i would not like to get this wrong on top of injuriesthis is my first cycle where i will be using pct,i was uneducated before and very scared of losing everything like before.
