First time using this stuff. Have 50ml/2.5mg. It is in water or alcohol, I donot know. How do I take it? Under toung or just plung 1cc into back of mouth? Also when is best time to take?

Put the liquid in a gelatin capsule. A "00" sized capsule should be large enough. I get mine, relatively inexpensive at: http://www.developed.net/capsule.htm

It is femara and I would rather take a pill anyday. The shit I got actually got rid of old gyno from fucking years ago. I kind of miss it now.hehehe

You need to fill the gel cap then take it right away - the liquid will melt the cap! You can't make a bunch "ahead" of time.
